Pilietinės brandos vertinimo sistemos kūrimas

Problem

Pagalvojus apie pilietiškumo ugdymą mokykloje daugelį apima žiovulys ar abejonės dėl jo reikalingumo. Pasimetame ne tik dėl to, kas apskritai yra pilietiškumas, bet ir kaip jį ugdyti bei vertinti.

Tyrimai rodo, kad pilietiškumo ugdymas tiek mokytojų, tiek mokinių tarpe matomas kaip ne itin reikšminga Lietuvos švietimo sritis, nors šiandieniniame geopolitiniame kontekste visuomenės pilietinių įgūdžių ir kritinio mąstymo lavinimas tampa viena esminių užduočių. Nepaisant esamų programų bei tam skiriamų lėšų, pamokos ir visuomenei naudingo darbo sistema neduoda norimų rezultatų – jauni žmonės mažai dalyvauja visuomeniniame gyvenime, nėra politiškai aktyvūs.

Aiškių duomenų, kuriais būtų galima įvertinti moksleivių pilietinę brandą, trūkumas tyrimuose įvardijamas kaip svarbi pilietinio ugdymo nuvertinimo priežastis. Tai neleidžia identifikuoti realios situacijos bei užtikrinti pilietiškumo ugdymo įgyvendinimo kokybės. Siekdami efektyvinti šiandien turimos priemonių bazės panaudojimą, kuriame pilietinės brandos vertinimo sistemą. Kuriamas įrankis tūrėtų apimti tiek praktines pilietines veiklas, tiek formalųjį ugdymą, taip siekiant pateikti kuo išsamesnį asmenybės įvertinimo rezultatą.

Strengthening civil resilience: investigation of Lithuanian food supply chain dependencies and solutions

The goal of the project is to conduct a systematic investigation of critical food products and raw material import dependencies, which would establish the true import dependency according to the SAM V-641 list, assess supply source vulnerability (EU vs. non-EU countries), and propose technological, circular economy, and green technology solutions to reduce dependencies.
