Problem

Lietuvoje jau senokai svarstoma apie elektroninio balsavimo įvedimo galimybes. Techologijų plėtros galimybes, siekiant paversti internetinį balsavimą realybe, liudija tiek prieš pastaruosius Seimo rinkimus inicijuotas bandomasis projektas „iVote“, tiek neseniai sukurtos sąlygos piliečiams elektroniškai paremti kandidatus ir partijas LR Prezidento ir Europos Parlamento rinkimuose. Kita projekto dalis – biuletenių spausdinimo ir nuskaitymo proceso elektronizavimas rinkimų metu – leistų dramatiškai sumažinti balsų papirkinėjimo ir klastojimo galimybes bei sumažintų rinkimų kaštus.

Rotacijos Susisiekimo ministerijoje metu analizuosime elektroninio balsavimo pritaikymo Lietuvoje galimybes ir rizikas, vystysime diskusijas viešojoje erdvėje, ruošime siūlymus teisės aktų pakeitimams bei sieksime šio projekto įgyvendinimo užsitikrindami politinę paramą Seime.

Strengthening civil resilience: investigation of Lithuanian food supply chain dependencies and solutions

The goal of the project is to conduct a systematic investigation of critical food products and raw material import dependencies, which would establish the true import dependency according to the SAM V-641 list, assess supply source vulnerability (EU vs. non-EU countries), and propose technological, circular economy, and green technology solutions to reduce dependencies.
