Ekonominės diplomatijos ir ekonominio atstovavimo užsienyje tarpinstitucinės sąrangos optimizavimas

Problem

Dabartinė tarpinstitucinė sąranga Lietuvoje neskatina ekonomikos diplomatų ir komercijos ataše pakankamai efektyviai reprezentuoti šalį užsienyje.

Analizuosime Lietuvoje veikiančių suinteresuotų institucijų procedūras bei ryšius, susijusius su ekonomine diplomatija, ir identifikuosime problemas, kurios neleidža komercijos ataše bei ekonomikos diplomatams efektyviai dirbti atstovaujant Lietuvą užsienyje. Taip pat atliksime kelių užsienio šalių ekonominės diplomatijos tarpinstitucinės sąrangos analizę bei pasinaudosime gerąją praktiką darydami prielaidas būsimoms rekomendacijoms optimizuotai Lietuvos tarpinstitucinei ekonominės diplomatijos sąrangai sukurti. Pasitelkę suinteresuotų šalių patirtį, išanalizavę problemas ir palyginę su gerąja praktika užsienyje, paruošime studiją, kurioje bus pateikiamos rekomendacijos, kaip turėtų būti patobulinta tarpinstitucinė sąranga, kad ekonominiai diplomatai bei komercijos atašė efektyviau reprezentuotų Lietuvą.

Studijoje surinkta informacija ir rekomendacijos bus perduotos URM ir pristatytos Ekonominės Diplomatijos Tarybai, siekiant tolimesnių veiksmų ir reformų.

Strengthening civil resilience: investigation of Lithuanian food supply chain dependencies and solutions

The goal of the project is to conduct a systematic investigation of critical food products and raw material import dependencies, which would establish the true import dependency according to the SAM V-641 list, assess supply source vulnerability (EU vs. non-EU countries), and propose technological, circular economy, and green technology solutions to reduce dependencies.
