Motivation
I have long known Kurk Lietuvai as a programme that creates real change in the public sector and beyond. Although I have been living abroad, Lithuania has never been far away: I have mentored women starting out in tech here and kept up with what is happening at home. After seven years in the private sector in Switzerland, I feel my experience in tech and innovation could be useful back home, and that this is the right time.
