Motivation
| Working at the intersection of public and private sectors at Kaunas Free Economic Zone, I have seen both the potential of public institutions to drive regional development and the barriers that can hold them back. Collaborating with Invest Lithuania and other institutions showed me what effective public institutions can achieve. These experiences left me curious about one fundamental question – „what changes when your shareholders are the citizens themselves?“ Through „Create Lithuania“, I want to explore this question from within the public sector and contribute to practical solutions that drive Lithuania forward. |
