Motivation
Working in architecture and planning made me realise that new ideas and innovative solutions often move faster than the regulatory frameworks intended to enable them. This led me to see the public sector as a place where it is possible not only to address individual projects, but also to create systemic conditions for change. I believe the public sector needs people who can understand emerging ideas and translate them into workable policy, planning and regulatory instruments.
